EXCHANGE POLICY
At Hallstatt, we ensure premium quality and customer satisfaction. While we do not accept returns, we offer a smooth and flexible 7-day exchange policy.
1.No Returns – Only Exchanges
We strictly do not offer returns on any order.
Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of delivery for size issues, wrong product, or damaged items.
2. Exchange Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Exchanges are only applicable for:
- Size changes
- Wrong item received
- Damaged or defective product (must report within 1 day of delivery with photos)
3. Reverse Pickup & Charges
- We offer reverse pickup services in serviceable pin codes.
- A flat ₹100 reverse shipping fee will be charged per order, regardless of item quantity.
- Pickup will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, the customer must self-ship the product.
4. Self-Shipping Instructions
If reverse pickup is unavailable or unsuccessful, courier the item to:

- Clearly mention Order ID and Registered Mobile Number on the parcel.
- Use Speed Post (India Post) only. Avoid The Professional Couriers.
5. Exchanges for Different Product or Price Difference
- If you opt to exchange for a different product, or if there's a price difference, the remaining balance (if any) will be issued as a gift card/store credit.
- Store credits can be used anytime on future purchases at hallstattlife.com.
6. Promotional Orders
Products purchased under BOGO (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) or other free product deals are not eligible for exchange.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- If your order status shows "Delivered" via SMS/email but you haven’t received it, you must inform us within 24 hours.
- The customer is expected to handle the product(s) with utmost care until the exchange is processed. This includes keeping all packaging, documents, and tags intact.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must report it to us within 1 day of delivery via Instagram DM or email with images and details.
- Once we receive the exchanged product, we will inspect it and notify you of your eligibility for exchange or credit.
- Hallstatt aims to complete the exchange/credit process within 7–10 working days, and no later than 30 working days from approval.
- All exchanges and store credits are subject to verification and inspection.
